Dr. Parisa Pazoki, PT, DPT
Parisa is a Physical Therapist and the Clinical Director and the owner of Family Physical Therapy and Wellness. She has extensive experience working with different types of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Parisa earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in 2012 and obtained a BS degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Social and Rehabilitation Science in Tehran, Iran in 1998.
Parisa has worked as a licensed Physical Therapist in Iran, Canada, and Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia in rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and private clinics.
Parisa has experience working with adults with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, neurology impairments, and the elderly who have gait and balance problems.
She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Virginia Physical Therapy Association.
Dr. Ali Abedi, PhD.
Office Manager
Dr. Abedi is the Office Manager for Family Physical Therapy and Wellness. He is responsible for IT, billing, finances, and other non-clinical aspects of Family Physical Therapy and Wellness operatoins.
Ali has more than 5 years experience managing health care operations and has 30 years experience in operations, project, and IT management.
Ali has a PhD in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor and Masters degree in Industrial Management.
