Knee Pain

If you have knee pain that makes movement difficult, recommended to begin exercises with lower-impact activities such as swimming and other form of water activities that places less stress on your knees. Elliptical and stationary bikes are also good low-impact exercises. The goal with these exercises is to keep pain at the minimum as you progress to doing longer workouts and eventually adding other activities.
